Effective immediately, pay DOE but somewhere between $13-$15/hour.  Benefits after 30-days.  Hours are 7:00 am to 3:30 pm with ½ hour lunch.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Trade and industry experience
  • Technical knowledge and understand the process from commencement through job completion
  • Knowledge of metals and how to weld them
  • Ability to read product blueprint drawings
  • Ability to read a tape measure
  • Ability to lift at least 50lbs and stand for periods of time
  • Be accountable and responsible
  • Ability to pass appropriate welding demonstration test
  • Operate a fork-lift after 30 days

Duties will include:

  • Use proper welding procedures
  • Establish timely execution of tasks and projects
  • Adhere to Drill Pro’s safety policy and procedures by actively supporting and keeping the integrity of a safe compliant environment per OSHA standards
  • Cut, Weld, and Grind to build customized material and parts for designated jobs
  • Help maintain shop equipment and practice good housekeeping in the weld shop
  • Complete production sheet daily
  • Communicate with Supervisors
